Use of this website constitutes your agreement to follow our terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully. This website is subject to constant change. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the website.
SALES
Due to COVID-19 all sales at this time are final. (LÀ BAS reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time)
RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to COVID-19, unfortunately LÀ BAS will be unable to offer refunds or exchanges at this time. Please ensure you have the correct sizing before ordering. As all our product are UNISEX, girls may want to size down if you desire a closer fit.
ORDERS
Orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are received and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed. LÀ BAS will send a tracking confirmation as soon as processing and handling is completed for domestic (CAN) and international (Worldwide) orders. As previously stated, once your order is processed we cannot do any refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES AT THIS TIME ARE FINAL.
LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event of any lost, stolen or damaged shipments all shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
ORDER CANCELLATION
LÀ BAS has the right to cancel orders that abuse our terms and conditions. We will refund those orders suspected of fraud.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP AND USE
You acknowledge and agree that all of our logos, photography, copyrights and any and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content contained within this website shall remain at all times vested in us or, in the cases where we are using such material or content under authority from a third party, in the owner of such material or content.
